White Apple – Return & Refund Policy

At White Apple, we value our customers and strive to provide a smooth and hassle-free shopping experience. To ensure your satisfaction, we offer an easy 7-day return policy with both Coupon Refund and Monetary Refund options. Important Note: Before opening the box make a video of yourself unpackaging the box. This is required in order to process returns in the event of finding defects, damages, or shortages.

When Can You Return a Product?

In case of dissatisfaction in your purchase or a defect/deficiency (which has been reviewed and confirmed by White Apple after a thorough examination), you have up to a period of 7 days to request a return by an email to support@whiteappleonline.com after receiving your product. We will get back to you within the next 24-48 hours of submission of your request.

Mandatory Return Criteria
  • To be entitled to a refund ensure:
  • Items should be opened and unfolded and unwashed.
  • Items should be clean of marks or spots.
  • Delicate work, beam embellishments, sequins should not be distorted.
  • Return requests should be filed within 7 days of shipment by email.
  • Any product that fails to fit in these conditions will be reshipped back to you at your expense and no refund will be processed.
The way of initiating a Return, step by step
  • Step 1: Send us an email to support@whiteappleonline.com with your Order Number, SKU and the reason you are returning.
  • Step 2: We will respond within 24-48 hours and setup a pickup with return (if in repair).
  • Step 3: Into a good quality box (strong ideally the original packaging box supplied by White Apple), pack the goods securely with a nice thought and tape the box. Any damaged products during the transit cannot be refunded.
  • A 99 deduction will be bought off in case you send it back without the original packaging.
  • Step 4: Deliver the parcel to our pick up person.
  • Returned packages can take about 7 -10 days to arrive at our warehouse. We are grateful to your patience
Refund & Evaluation Process
  • Once the returned product reaches us, our Quality Check (QC) Team inspects it.
  • If the product meets all return criteria, a refund is processed within 24–48 hours of QC approval.
Refund options:
  • ✅ Coupon Code (product value refund, valid for 1 year)
  • ✅ Exchange (subject to stock availability)
  • ✅ Monetary Refund (after deducting reverse logistics charges)
  • You will receive your refund coupon code via email within 48 hours of QC approval.
In Case Reverse Pickup Is Not Available
  • If your pin code is not serviceable by our courier partner:
  • You can ship the product via any courier/India Post to our warehouse.
  • Share the tracking details with us via email.
  • As a small reimbursement, ₹50 will be added to your coupon refund (not actual courier cost).
Refund Timeline
  • Entire return process: 10–15 days (from return request to refund completion).
  • Replacement timeline: 7–15 days (subject to stock availability).
Coupon Refund Policy
  • Validity: 1 year from issue date.
  • Coupon is only valid when used on higher/equal value than cart (can not be used on lesser value).
  • Cannot be split or combined with other coupons.
  • Each item can only be refunded up to 3 times.
  • Coupons are non-transferable.
